Peak’s Inspection Services

Buyer’s Inspection

You have chosen “The One”, the excitement builds, and you can’t wait to get the keys to your new home.  First, it’s time for the home inspection.  You deserve to know the full condition of your future home prior to closing.

As our client, you receive an honest assessment of the home.  Using the latest reporting software, we will compile the findings in an easy-to-read report complete with high-resolution photos and explanations.  We encourage you to plan on being present during the last 30 minutes of the inspection so our inspector can walk you through and review the information you need to know.

Pre-Listing Inspection

You have made the tough decision to sell your home.  Of course, you would like top dollar for your investment you put so much care into.  At some point your buyer will request an inspection. Justify your asking price and limit the negotiation with a pre-listing inspection.

Just as comprehensive and thorough as a Buyer’s Inspection, you will know in advance of any issues or defects.  This will allow you time to obtain reasonable repair estimates and resolve any concerns.  Being in the driver’s seat, you take any last-minute issues off the table.

New Construction Inspection

Your home is newly built and that provides a measure of reassurance.  With tight deadlines and the effort to complete the build on schedule, small steps may be rushed or skipped altogether. Requesting a professional home inspection that focuses on the quality and safety of your new home is one of the most important steps that will prevent unexpected surprises.
